This is one of the best Italian restaurants we have encountered ever! The food was excellent, as well as the service. Lasagna and manicotti were the best. We had a romantic dinner in a great atmosphere. Highly recommend for a quiet dinner away from the tourist spots.
The place looks very unique. Service was good, food really good. I like it here,big recommendations . If you have money and you want to have a good time,this place is definitely for you.
What a lovely restaurant! Danielle our server was sweet and attentive and we appreciated a visit from the manager to check on our experience also! I Had chicken Marsala and my friend chose chicken parm . The meals came out with only a short wait time- I was still sipping my key lime pie martini which was large but wish it had more lime flavor. The parm came with a side of pasta cooked perfectly and seasoned well. My chicken Marsala had nice ratio of sauce to cutlet and side stuffed tomato and broccoli were great accompaniments the wine list was varied slightly expensive. HIGHLY recommend this spot.
Excellent service and outstanding food. The calamari was perfect and the clams linguine was great as well. Will be back our next time in Key West.
We had the best time every time ! Out of our 4 nights in Key West, we ate dinner 3 times. Bryan amd Coco are easy to chat with and make yummy drinks ! They serve warm bread to dip also. The first night I had lobster and pasta dish, I am 60 years and have had a lot of Lobster this was the best lobster I have ever had !! I had it on the 3rd night too. My husband had chicken Marsala and a veal dish the second time. The Caesar salad is yummy. It was an easy walk from Catherine st that was a plus. All the staff are welcoming. Sitting at the bar we met some nice couples to chat with. You will not be disappointed. The chocolate peanut butter pie and tiramisu YUM
Loved, loved, loved the authentic Italian cuisine at this restaurant, a bit off the beaten path in Key West. Friendly, attentive staff. The food was delicious with very large portions. We had fresh bread with olive oil, balsamic, & ground pepper, chicken parm, veal parm, & fresh caught black grouper. Probably could've shared a single entree between 2 adults. The art & ambiance were very nice, too, & it wasn't as crowded as many places in the super busy areas of the island. Good wine & cocktail selection. Everything was so fresh! Prices were great for island dining. Would definitely recommend!
Our rental house was very close by. We all agreed on Italian for dinner and walked into Abbondanza for the first time. It was perfect! The atmosphere was spot on for the time in the evening. We all ordered different pasta dishes and each of us commented on how well the food tasted. Everything was prepared so well. Highly recommend this restaurant for everyone local or visiting. Such a delicious and memorable meal for our family!
We always enjoy the romantic atmosphere, the personalized service, the wide variety of wines (thank you, Mr. Bryan, for helping us with the wine selection), and of course the delicious and very well presented dishes. And this time, (thankfully) we tried the soup, a light and tasty appetizer, and then I choose the special (an altered edition of chicken marsala), and my significant other got the classic Angel hair pasta with meatballs, both dishes made us ... smile!!
